returned to the gym today. saw some funny things, such as:

* A guy lifting weights and wearing a wool beanie. You've seen them, the kind you wear in the middle of winter. Was he trying to sweat weight off his head?

* A woman stopping every 30 seconds (literally) to text on her phone. I'm sure she got a really good workout though.

Scout has taken to smiling on occasion and doing that fun baby talk. aaah. Pics to come soon, I'm sure.

H. is forever expanding his list o' words with additions such as "onion", "grasshopper", "wolf", "otter" and such. You know, the useful words in our everyday lives. He actually has a pretty large vocabulary they just aren't the valuable words other kids pick up like "down" or "drink" (though he does say this in sign) or "help me". But that's Hayden for you, never doing anything the normal way. In fact the other day I swear I heard him say "good grief". Funny kid.
