Harry Potter look out...

Hayden's first fish caught while ice fishing with his proud papa. Apparently when B. was dragging H. back to the car on the sled H. would not allow B. to put the fish anywhere but on his lap. That's my boy.

there is a positive side to having a two year old. they often say the funniest and cutest things. here are a few things to recently come out of h's mouth.

* "i have a great idea. let's play cards." (spoken to his father on sunday morning. this is one of hayden's favorite phrases. if you suggest something he'll often respond with "what a great idea!"
* "good night, scouters. i'll see you when the sun wakes up."
* "i'm listening, " he says as he puts on my head phones, "hey. i don't hear anything."
"that's because they're not plugged in, " i tell him.
he sits down next to the door jam and plugs it into a screw in the hinge, "now i'm listening..." he then starts to sing I Am a Child of God.--thank you nursery.
